These terms govern your use of Riventy. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use Riventy.
Riventy is operated by Issam Azib, based in Warsaw, Poland. You can reach us at hello@riventy.com.
Riventy helps you tailor your CV and cover letters to specific job descriptions using AI. We rewrite and reorder the experience you provide. We do not invent or fabricate work history, skills, or qualifications. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you submit and for reviewing anything Riventy produces before you send it to an employer.
You must be at least 16 years old to use Riventy. By using the service you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide about yourself is your own.
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.
You own your content. Your CV, your profile information, and the tailored CVs and cover letters Riventy generates for you are yours. You are free to use them however you wish, including commercially.
You grant us a limited licence to process your content solely to provide the service to you. We do not use your CV or career information to train AI models, and we do not sell it.
We own Riventy. The service itself — the software, the interface, the templates, the scoring methodology, and the Riventy name — remains our property.

Riventy uses Anthropic's AI models to generate tailored content. To provide the service, your CV, profile information, and the job descriptions you submit are transmitted to Anthropic for processing. See our Privacy Policy for detail.
AI output can contain errors, awkward phrasing, or misjudgements. Always review what Riventy produces before submitting it to an employer. You remain responsible for the final content of any application you send.
Riventy does not guarantee job interviews, offers, or any employment outcome. Match scores are estimates of how your stated experience overlaps with a job description. They are not a prediction of hiring decisions, and no employer or applicant tracking system uses our scoring.
The free tier includes a limited number of tailored CVs. Paid plans are billed as described at checkout and renew automatically until cancelled.
You can cancel at any time from your account; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and unused subscription time is not refunded except where required by law. If you are an EU consumer, your statutory withdrawal rights apply.
You may delete your account at any time from your account page. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms, particularly the acceptable use section, or where required by law. Where reasonable, we will tell you why.
We aim to keep Riventy available and working, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Features may change, and we may occasionally need to suspend access for maintenance or for reasons outside our control.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Riventy is provided "as is". We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost job opportunities, lost earnings, or lost data.
Where we are liable, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose, or EUR 50 if you have not paid us anything.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or your statutory rights as a consumer under Polish and EU law.
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes we will update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you by email or through the service. Continuing to use Riventy after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
These terms are governed by Polish law. Disputes will be subject to the courts of Poland. If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory consumer law in your country of residence, and you may also use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform.
